Shipping:
- Rifles are shipped via UPS Ground. Handguns must be shipped UPS 2nd Day Air, UPS Overnight, or USPS Priority Mail. Accessories are shipped USPS Priority Mail. USPS Shipping times are not guaranteed but usually take 2-3 days for arrival.
- Shipping insurance is optional on all orders over $100. Orders without insurance will not be reimbursed for loss or damage that occurs during the shipping process.

- To cancel your order, you must contact us as soon as possible after placing it. Orders cancelled after being placed are subject to a $50 + 3% cancellation fee. Please note, unless otherwise specified, all orders are processed immediately upon receipt.
- If your order has already shipped and you wish to cancel, you are responsible for all shipping costs and a 20% restocking fee.
- We are unable to make add-ons and changes after processing. Additional goods will be shipped separately without small order changes.
- Backorders are no longer available via the web. If you would like to purchase an item that is out of stock, please give us a call and we would be happy to assist you.
- We have implemented a back-in-stock product notification add-on for your convenience. Simply navigate to an out of stock product page and enter your name and email address in the form at the bottom.
- All new products have a manufacturer warranty. In most cases, it is in your best interest to send your firearm directly to the manufacturer for repair or adjustment. Some manufacturers offer superior service and we may direct you in this regard, depending on the brand.
- Returned orders will incur a 20% restocking fee in addition to all shipping costs.
- We do not accept returns on any used items. Please note that a firearm is considered used after leaving the FFL location even if it is unfired.

- We do accept trades, but keep in mind that as a reseller we cannot offer retail value for your trade. In most cases, we offer around 70% of the value of the trade.
