FAQ

1. I've never ordered a gun online before, so how does this all work?

Ordering a firearm online is exactly the same as ordering any other product online with one exception: it cannot be shipped directly to you. By law, guns can only be shipped to licensed dealers. Before ordering a firearm through our site, we ask that you find and contact a licensed dealer near your location (a dealer locater is listed during the checkout process; please note that dealers charge a fee for transferring firearms). The dealer will then email or fax us a copy of their FFL with your name written on it. Once we receive the FFL, we verify the authenticity of it, and then ship to the address listed on it. Once the gun arrives at your dealer, you can fill out the necessary paperwork and pick up your firearm.

2. Is product X new-in-box?

All of our products are brand new in the box, straight from the factory. Items with upgrades are all factory installed improvements.

3. Is product X *really* in stock?

If the icon is green, it is ready to ship. Our inventory is updated automatically throughout the day.

4. How much will it cost to ship product X to location Y?

Add product X to your shopping cart and hit the 'estimate shipping' button. Enter in your zip code for your location to get a shipping cost estimate.

5. What is your shipping/return/cancellation policy?

You can find all such information on our shipping info page. Be sure to also check out our Conditions of Use. All canceled/returned orders will incur a 20% restocking fee.

6. Can you ship product X to California?

It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the product is California compliant before purchasing. The roster of approved guns is located here and it is also not a bad idea to double check with your local FFL dealer.
Guns are available with low capacity magazines upon request. Please allow time for magazines to arrive from manufacturer if not in stock.
